We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Refund Process

A full refund will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected. Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not offered. If you would like a different item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order separately.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will be happy to assist you with a replacement or resolution.

Custom & Personalized Items

Custom and made-to-order products are non-refundable and cannot be returned under any circumstances. Please ensure all personalization details are correct before placing your order.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or issues caused by the shipping carrier. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
